Self Care Club supports people who want to prioritise themselves, feel more balanced and develop a self care practice that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
By wokring with a range of modalities I am experienced in, I create a space for you to explore what works for you, at your own pace and in your own way.
Self Care Club blends traditional self care activites with gentle, spiritual based activities, giving you the best of both worlds.
Alongside practical tools you can use in everyday life, you are invited to explore reflective and energetic practices that support deeper self awarenss, balance and calm in a way that is accessible and safe.

When you practice regular self care, it supports

Life can get busy, overwhelming and unpredictable and self care is often the first thing to be pushed to one side.
Self Care Club is designed to fit around your life, not add to the pressure. You are free to dip in and out of the resources in the portal, choose what feels supportive in the moment and leave the rest. There is no expectation to do everything. Instead the club supports you to build a flexible, sustainable self care prsctice thst helps you to navigate everyday life with more ease and balance.

Including all previous modules, so you can explore past themes at your own pace

Each month includes an overview of the theme, EFT, reiki healing, journal prompts, rituals, meditations and practical self care activities to support your wellbeing ( remember there is no requirement to do all the exercises, dip in and out as it suits you)
