Pathway To Wellness is a supportive six week container where you are guided to slow down, tune in and begin listening to yourself again. When you understand what you truly need , your choices become clearer and your self care starts to work, and this journey creates the space for that awareness to grow.
Through gentle practices, reflection and energy work you will learn how to recognise what your body, emotions and energy are asking for rather than pushing through or overrridng them.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming something new, it is about creating space to understand what you truly need right now, so that you can move forward feeling more aligned, balanced and calm
What to expect on the Pathway To Wellness
Week 1: Self awareness and arriving in this moment
The focus is: Slowing down and learning how to notice where you are physically, emotionally and energetically
In real life: You feel more present and less overwhelmed, you can begin to recognise your needs before you reach burnout
Week 2: Energy healing and chakras
The focus is: Exploring your energy system and gently releasing blocks that affect how you feel and respond to life
In real life: You feel more balanced, grounded and aware of what drains and supports your energy day to day
Week 3: Inner child healing
The focus is: Creating a safe space to meet and support parts of you shaped by earlier experiences
In real life: You respond with more compassion instead of self critism and feel less triggered by old patterns
Week 4: Limiting beliefs
The focus is: Identifying the beliefs that quietly influence your choices and learning how to loosen their hold
In reel life: You make decisions with more confidnece and stop repeating patterns that no longer serve you
Week 5: Integration, boundaries and honouring what you need
The focus is: Bringing together everything you have learned and practising how to honour it through boundaries and choices
In real life: You protect your eenrgy more easily, say yes and no with less guilt and care for yourself without over explaining
Week 6: Reflection and next steps
The focus is: Reflecting on your journey and identifying what you need to carry forward beyond the programme
In real life: You leave with clarity, practical tools and a sense of direction that you can trust for the next stage of your journey to wellness
Sessions are carried out via zoom with replays available
Support beyond the sessions
Alongside the weekly live zoom sesisons, you will also recieve the following support to help you intergrate the work gently between calls

a safe, supportive space to reflect, share (if you wish) and feel less along as you walk your pathway to wellness
- Access to the Self Care Club membership for the duration of the programme
practical and spiritual self care resources you can dip into as and when you need, without pressure to do everything
- Chakra healing workshop
a pre-recirded session you can return to at your own pace to develop your understanding of the chakra system
- 9 card oracle reading at the start and end of the programme
insight and reflection from the universe to support your journey
- Priority access to my voxer
a way to check in, ask questions or recieve getnle guidance between sessions when something arises
- Weekly distance reiki sent to the group
ongoing energetic support to help integrate the work and maintain balance throguhout the six weeks
What is the investment?
The full investment fo rthe Pathway To Wellness is £333 for the six week programme
This includes all the live sesisns and replays in my client portal, ongoing support between sessions and the additional resources designed to help you integrate the work gently and at your own pace
A payment plan is available upon request for those who would prefer to spread the cost
This consists of:
- £111 non refundable deposit to secure your place at time of booking
- then two monthly payments of £111

This programme is designed to be gentle, supportive and led at your own pace. You will never be asked to share more than feels comfortable, revisit experiences you are not ready for, push yourself beyond your limits. The practices offered are invitations rather than requirements, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body, energy and emotions and respond in a way that feels right for you.
Pathway To Wellness is not a replacement for medical or psychological support, but a space for reflection, self awareness and inner exploration, where you remain in control of your own journey
